On January 1st, 1985, Joe Stephenson opened Shiloh Underground Construction. Joe has over 50 years of experience in this industry and is still working hard each day. Now, Joe’s son Caleb Stephenson works alongside him as they strive to help people all over Ventura County, CA. Together, they have over half a century of experience in this industry and continue to perfect their services to provide impeccable work to the people who trust and hire them. Joe and Caleb are passionate about their work, and they care deeply about helping people caught in an emergency. There is no one better to call for this work!
